Just go to SHOP and click on a product you like to add to cart. Then follow the easy checkout process and soon you’ll own GeniusKIDDY boards.

Yes, you need to create an account to make an order, it takes you just some minutes. You can log in with Facebook or Google account.

Signing up for an account keeps you updated with your order history and tracking information, as well as our newsletter and special promotions when they become available. We often have promotions that are specifically for “followers” and registered users.




I am new to GeniusKIDDY shop, what items should I try to buy first?


You can buy Board 1, Combo 1 or Set 1 first.

Our toys are for children around 2 years old. Usually children above 3 do not like the game. If you are not sure whether your child still likes the game, you can buy a trial board first.




What is the best deal when buying the toys?


The best deal is buying in sets. If you buy one set, the price is lower compared to buying an individual board or combos. Besides, you will receive a support board free of charge.

If you buy a set 1, you will receive a support board 1 as a gift. If you buy a set 2, you will receive a support board 2 as a gift. If you buy a set 3, you will receive a support board 3, etc.




How do I make changes to my order?


Usually, it can be done within one hour after placing your order. Please send us an email to Contact@GeniusKIDDY.com with your order number and the changes you need to make then we will do our best to make it happen.

Note that our warehouse staff are sometimes even speedier than we expect so we can't guarantee that we'll be able to make changes, but the more quickly you can get in touch with us, the better chance we have!

Our Customer Service team will gladly change your item for another if it is of the same price or less. The difference will be refunded to your original mode of payment.

If you'd like to change for another item that is of a higher price, you will need to place a separate order with the new item. We will then cancel and give you a full refund on the item you no longer want. For security purposes, GeniusKIDDY does not store your payment details, so we will not be able to charge the difference unless you place another order. After placing your new order, send us an email at Contact@GeniusKIDDY.com, with your two order numbers and the item you would like to cancel.

However, if your order has left our warehouse, you will no longer be able to change your order and will need to request for a return instead (Read more about our Return and Refund policy).




How do I cancel an order?


It’s the same deal as changing an order, you have one hour from when you made your order to email us at Contact@GeniusKIDDY.com to let us know you have to cancel.




I’m getting an error when I’m trying to place my order, how can I do?


Please check if you've filled all the details out properly including your name, address and payment information. Still not working? It might be the computer system. Email us at Contact@GeniusKIDDY.com (with screenshots if possible!) and we'll see if we can track down the problem.




Can I split my current order so the items ship separately? Can I combine multiple orders?


Unfortunately we can't split or combine orders as our system won't allow this.




Do you offer bulk/large order discounts?


No. We retail our products. But you can buy as many as you like :)




What is the payment method accepted?


We currently accept PayPal.




Are taxes included in the price stated?


No, the tax will be added to the order value when checking out.




Why was my payment declined?


Your payment could have been declined for several reasons. The most common reason might be that your payment details were entered incorrectly. Do you deliver on weekends?


If you choose USPS - Priority Express Mail, your parcels can be shipped on weekends.




How can I change my delivery address?


The delivery address can be changed only if the parcel is not shipped yet. In order to change, please write to Contact@GeniusKIDDY.com with your order number and new address within one hour after placing an order. Our customer Service team will update our system for you.

However, once your order has been dispatched for delivery, you will no longer be able to change the delivery address.




Do you ship internationally?


No, we currently ship within the US only.




How can I buy GeniusKIDDY boards while I am an international customer?


As we only ship with the US at the moment, you may have to ask your relatives or friends in the US to buy and ship to your abroad address.




I received my order but I changed my mind and would like to return it, how can I do?


You may return your purchase to us within 30 days of the date you received the. Kindly note only items with original packaging in brand new condition can be accepted for return.

I received my order but I'd like to exchange for something else, how can I do?


You can exchange items within 30 days after receiving your order as long as the products are in original package and brand-new condition.

After examining, if the return items are not in brand-new condition, we reserve our right not to make the exchange.




I received my order and it's defective, how can I do?


We're so sorry the item did not reach you in good condition! We are happy to arrange for a prompt replacement. Simply request for a replacement by filling in our Online Return Form, or write to Contact@GeniusKIDDY.com. Our Customer Service team will follow up with you directly.

After examining, if the defect in on our side, we will ship you another items and bear all shipping fees.




I received my order but one/some of my items are missing, how can I do?


We're sorry your order is not completed. Simply write to us at Contact@GeniusKIDDY.com with your order number. Our Customer Service team will be able to look into it and have the missing item redelivered at our earliest convenience.




I received the wrong item, how can I do?


We're really sorry for delivering the wrong item to you! Simply write in to us at Contact@GeniusKIDDY.com with your order number. Our Customer Service team will be able to look into it and arrange an exchange for you promptly. It'd be ever helpful if you can attach a photo of the packaging (reflecting the order number) to aid in our investigation process, in case the parcel got swapped accidentally during the delivering process.

For the wrong items, please help to arrange the package then our courier will come to pick up.




When will I receive my refund?


All refunds will be usually be processed 3-7 working days after collecting back the returned goods, but banks may need more time to process.
