RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

SECTION 1 - RETURN

 

Our Return Policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

 

GeniusKIDDY reserves the right to reject any returns if an item does not meet all of the above conditions.

 

Any items that are damaged or missing for reasons not due to our error will be eligible for this Return Policy.

 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, so fill in our Online Return Form or write to us at GeniusKIDDY@gmail.com with your order number. Our Customer Service team will be of your service.

 

SECTION 2 - EXCHANGE

 

You can exchange items within 30 days after receiving your order as long as the products are in original package and brand-new condition.

 

If you received your order and want to exchange one/some items, write to us at GeniusKIDDY@gmail.com with your order number, images of the package or items you want to change, and our Customer Service team will follow up with you promptly.

 

After examining, if the return items are not in brand-new condition, we reserve our right not to make the exchange. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

 

SECTION 3 - DETECTIVE AND DAMAGED ITEMS

 

If you received your order and it's defective. We will be willing to arrange for a prompt replacement. Simply request for a replacement by filling in our Online Return Form, or write to GeniusKIDDY@gmail.com. Our Customer Service team will follow up with you directly. After examining, if the defect in on our side, we will ship you other items and bear all shipping fees.

 

SECTION 4 - MISSING ITEMS

 

If you received your order but one/some of your items are missing, simply write to us at GeniusKIDDY@gmail.com with your order number. Our Customer Service team will be able to look into it and have the missing item redelivered at our earliest convenience.

 

SECTION 5 - WRONG ITEMS

 

If you received the wrong item, simply write to us at GeniusKIDDY@gmail.com with your order number. Our Customer Service team will be able to look into it and arrange an exchange for you promptly. It'd be ever helpful if you can attach a photo of the packaging (reflecting the order number) to aid in our investigation process, in case the parcel got swapped accidentally during the delivering process. For the wrong items, please help to arrange the package then our courier will come to pick up.

 

SECTION 6 - SALE ITEMS

 

Sale items cannot be refunded unless it is due to our own error.

 

SECTION 7 - GIFTS

 

If your order granted with a gift, the gift item must be returned in original packing too.

 

SECTION 8 - REFUNDS

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment unless otherwise stated.

 

Please note that it may take the bank 5 - 10 working days for the refund to appear in your PayPal balance, but banks may need more time to process. For some banks, it will only reflect in your next monthly statement.

 

Except for our error, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

Refunded Amount = Final Paid Price - Delivery Fee

SECTION 10 - LATE AND MISSING REFUNDS

 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

 

There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at GeniusKIDDY@gmail.com.

 

SECTION 11 - NOTES

 

Coupon codes may not be reissued if you return your order. Meaning, you will not be able to use the same voucher code for another order if the promotion has ended. If you return an item that was purchased using a coupon code, only the final paid price (after discount) will be refunded.
