SHIPPING CONDITIONS

SECTION 1 - DELIVERY DATE

 

The order will be shipped within 24 hours after your payment is verified. This does not include weekends or holidays.

 

SECTION 2 - PACKAGING

 

The order will be packed into the fewest number of packages possible.

 

SECTION 3 - SHIPPING COST

 

Shipping rates vary by your location and the size of your order. The easiest way to find out the exact shipping rate for your location and order is to go through the process of placing an order. When you reach the checkout page, you will see a drop down menu with different shipping options and their costs for your exact location and order. You will not be charged more for shipping than the amount that was originally quoted to you at the time you place the order.

 

SECTION 4 - DELIVERY TIME

 

You'll see an estimated shipping date for each shipment on the order summary, just before you place your order. The actual delivery time depends on your place and chosen shipping service.

 

SECTION 5 - DELIVERY ZONE

 

At the moment, we only deliver the products to 50 US states and D.C.

 

SECTION 6 - ORDER RECEIPT

 

After your order is completed, we will send you an "Order Confirmation" email to the email address you entered during checkout. The subject line will contain your order number. This email is your receipt, so please do not delete it. We encourage you to review the email and contact us if you notice any mistakes in your order.

 

SECTION 7 - DELIVERY INFORMATION

 

Your supplied delivery information will be used for shipping label. It must be clear so that the package can arrive without being sending back. You will be charged for any arising fee due to wrong delivery address.

The delivery address can be changed only if the parcel is not shipped yet. In order to change, please write to GeniusKIDDY@gmail.com with your order number and new address within one hour after placing an order. Our customer Service team will update our system for you.

However, once your order has been dispatched for delivery, you will no longer be able to change the delivery address.

 

SECTION 8 - TRACKING YOUR ORDER

 

Once your order has been packaged and has left the warehouse, we will send you another e-mail notifying you that your order has been shipped, along with the Tracking Number.

 

SECTION 9 - PAYMENT METHOD

 

We accept PayPal.

 

SECTION 10 - SALES TAX

 

Sales tax is currently applied to orders shipped to Minnesota. We will change this condition when other states be listed.

The tax will be added to the order value when checking out.

 

SECTION 11 - DETERMINE SHIPPING RATES

 

Shipping rates depend on the selected shipping service and weight/size of the items.

 

SECTION 12 - MODIFY YOUR ORDER

 

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us within one hour after placing an order. Please send us an email to GeniusKIDDY@gmail.com with your order number and the changes you need to make then we will do our best to make it happen. Note that our warehouse staff are sometimes even speedier than we expect so we can't guarantee that we'll be able to make changes, but the more quickly you can get in touch with us, the better chance we have. We cannot cancel an order once it has shipped from the warehouse. However, last-minute changes to unshipped orders are sometimes possible. If we are unable to make the change before the order is processed and shipped, you may need to return the item. Please review our Return and Refund policy for details.

 

Our Customer Service team will gladly change your item for another if it is of the same price or less. The difference will be refunded to your original mode of payment.

 

If you'd like to change for another item that is of a higher price, you will need to place a separate order with the new item. We will then cancel and give you a full refund on the item you no longer want. For security purposes, GeniusKIDDY does not store your payment details, so we will not be able to charge the difference unless you place another order. After placing your new order, send us an email at GeniusKIDDY@gmail.com, with your two order numbers and the item you would like to cancel.

 

SECTION 13: CANCEL YOUR ORDER

 

It’s the same deal as changing an order, you have one hour from when you made your order to email us at GeniusKIDDY@gmail.com to let us know you have to cancel.

 

SECTION 14: ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

 

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and PayPal account, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

We reserve the right to refuse any order if the supplied information are not clear enough.

 

SECTION 15: ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS

 

Occasionally there may be information on our site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the website or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
